Letting something off my chest feel free to ignore
When you left me I realized how to respect myself. I realized that I don't need the approval of others to love myself, I am perfect on my own and I don't need you anymore. I'm happier without you. I have friends and family that stick with me when I'm truly at my worst. Thank you for all the good times, but simply thinking about you makes me spiral down again. But still, I want to thank you for trying. And thank you for helping me realize my worth isn't dependent on whether or not people give me the affection I deserve. I love myself now, more than I have in a long time. Yes, I still have my downs, but I know I'll be okay after. I do hope you have a good life, cause I'm gonna work my hardest to have one of my own. This is just a vent that I just wanted to write down!
